摘要 Disclosed is a method of fabricating an aluminum-based metal-plastic combination, in which coherence between plastic and a metal such as aluminum or an aluminum alloy may be increased. The method of fabricating an aluminum-based metal-plastic combination comprises: an electrolyte soaking operation of soaking a metallic member including aluminum (Al) as a material in an electrolyte; a conducting operation of using the metallic member dipped in the electrolyte as an anode and applying an electric current to the metallic member to form an aluminum oxide layer in which a plurality of fine pores are formed on the surface of the metallic member; an oxidation activating operation of dipping the metallic member having the fine pores in a solution including an oxidation activator; and a plastic coupling operation of forming a plastic member on the surface of the metallic member so that the plastic member may be integrated with metallic member. The fine pores formed in the conducting operation have a primary pore portion cut and extended in a direction internally from the surface of the metallic member, and a secondary pore portion leading to the primary pore portion, and cut and extended in a direction crossing that of the primary pore portion.
