<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved paper sheet accumulation apparatus which is able to temporarily accumulate larger number of bills than heretofore and prevent disorder of accumulation. <P>SOLUTION: A bill accumulation apparatus 4 is provided with an accumulation area 8 where a bill is inserted, an opening and closing part 14 which opens and closes a lower end surface of the accumulation area 8, and a holding part 16 which may take either status i.e. a holding status holding a bill in the upper part of the opening and closing part 14, and a retreat status retreating to the exterior of the accumulation area 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
