<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device and an image forming apparatus capable of maintaining accessibility between a belt member and a counter roller and suppressing degradation in the cleaning property. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning device includes: a first cleaning member to which voltage in a reverse polarity is applied; a first counter roller opposing to the first cleaning member via a belt member; a second cleaning member, which is disposed upstream the first cleaning member and to which voltage in a normal charge polarity is applied; a second counter roller opposing to the second cleaning member via the belt member; a third cleaning member, which is disposed upstream the second cleaning member and to which voltage in the reverse polarity is applied; and a third counter roller opposing to the third cleaning member via the belt member. At least a part of the first counter roller is located at the first cleaning member side of a common tangential line between a downstream stretch roller downstream the first counter roller and the second counter roller at a side where the belt member is stretched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
