<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel rubber sleeve and a taking-up device for a steel sheet capable of safely and surely performing a winding work of a steel sheet and a pulling out work of a coil, and significantly shortening work time, without requiring grand work at switching that accompanies increase in inner diameter. <P>SOLUTION: A reel rubber sleeve 13 has a hollow cylindrical shape and is used by being attached to a tension reel 10 of a taking-up device 1 for a steel sheet that takes up a band-like steel sheet in coil. The reel rubber sleeve 13 is provided with a housing part 13e made from a magnetic material, and the housing part 13e incorporates a permanent magnet 30. The permanent magnet 30 contains a rotating shaft 31 which is parallel to the axial direction of the reel rubber sleeve 13, and is incorporated for rotation in the reel rubber sleeve 13. By this configuration, the orientation of magnetic pole of the permanent magnet 30 is changeable in a plane including radial direction and tangent direction of the outer peripheral surface of the reel rubber sleeve 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
