The present invention provides a low temperature mixed electrolyte and a lithium ion battery using the same, wherein the low temperature mixed electrolyte decreases conductive value of the electrolyte goes down to a low temperature as going down to a low temperature by forming a coating film by a small amount of an additive in a negative electrode when reacting lithium using a mixed electrolyte solution containing 2,3-dihydrofuran and 2,5-dihydrofuran additives.
