The present invention relates to a large soup cooker. When cooking a massive amount of food such as soup in a hemispherical large soup cooker, an internal container of the soup cooker can be entirely and evenly heated by a heat medium fluid of a filling space part. At the same time, expansion gas generated from heating the heat medium fluid can be recollected and recycled. Moreover, moisture, which is generated by the condensation caused by the change of pressure occurred in an expansion gas discharge pipe connected to one side of the filling space part, can be separated from the heat medium fluid, thereby preventing noise when heating the heat medium fluid. In other words, the large size soup cooker for a restaurant usage comprises: a large size soup cooker body rotating around a rotary shaft; the filling space part formed between the internal and external walls of the internal container, to be filled with the heat medium fluid; and the expansion gas discharge pipe connected to one side of the filling space part, while sucking the expansion gas into an air blower part of an air blower in order to blow the expansion gas toward a gas burner. The expansion gas discharge pipe is prepared with a condensate water collecting part. A switchgear member is prepared on the bottom of the condensate water collecting part to separate the condensate water. |
