According to one embodiment of the present invention, a flexible organic light emitting display device includes: a bending prevention layer and a barrier layer; and a transparent substrate located between the bending prevention layer and the barrier layer to come in contact with the bending prevention layer and the barrier layer, and having flexibility. The flexible organic light emitting display device can minimize bending of the transparent caused by a high coefficient of thermal expansion of the transparent flexible substrate. |
