<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat exchange with ambient air on a principal surface of a backside substrate and efficiently transmit heat inside a solar cell panel to the backside substrate side, thereby preventing decrease of a photoelectric conversion efficiency due to temperature rise. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell panel 10 includes a solar battery element 1 which can perform photo-electric conversion, a surface substrate 2 disposed on a light-receiving surface side of the solar battery element 1, and a backside substrate 3 disposed on an opposite surface side to the light-receiving surface of the solar battery element 1. A principal surface of the backside substrate 3 and a principal surface of the surface substrate 2 face in respective directions opposite to respective directions toward the solar battery element 1. The principal surface of the backside substrate 3 is greater in a value of arithmetic mean surface roughness than the principal surface of the surface substrate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
