The component has a functional surface (2) i.e. seat surface, formed at a structural element (1) that is made of heat conducting material, and a heating layer (3) formed at front and/or rear sides of the functional surface, where the heating layer consists of coating material with electrical conductive additive. An access feature (4) is arranged at the structural element and electrically coupled to the heating layer. The heating layer is formed with a paint layer, where the electrically conductive additive incorporates carbon particles. The heating layer is provided with an outer coating (5). The structural element is selected from a group consisting of a seat, a backrest element, a wall element, a stand element, a housing unit and a structural housing. An independent claim is also included for street furniture. |
