The pipe culvert has a base pipe culvert (2) connected to a web (3) associated with a receiving tube fixed to a coupling pipe culvert (5), and several media lines (24) connected with base pipe culvert. The receiving tube has a hexagonal socket (26) arranged at inner peripheral surface, while the coupling pipe culvert has a hexagonal structure (22) arranged at outer peripheral surface and matched with the hexagonal socket of tube. An impeder (1) has external thread (25) formed on outer peripheral surface, in which one end of thread is screwed on counter-cone (30) attached to tube. An independent claim is included for a pipe culvert assembly.
