PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of steel cord which can control unevenness of torsion in the longitudinal direction of the steel cord with simple facility and steel cord which is thereby provided.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of steel cord has a twisting process twisting steel wire w to make steel cord 3 and a winding process winding up the provided steel cord 3 to a winding spool 7 through a hanger pulley 6. A pair of rolls 9 movable with a winding position of the winding spool 7 is arranged between the hanger pulley 6 and the winding spool 7 in orthogonality to the axial direction of the winding spool 7, and the steel cord 3 is wound up through the pair of rolls 9. |
