A contact lens case (10) comprising a container main body (14) provided with a housing recess (12) for storing a contact lens (22) and a liquid agent (23), and a lid (16) that is connected to the container main body (14) via a hinge (18) in a freely openable and closable manner. A lens holding body (20) is displaceably housed in the housing recess (12), and by connecting the lid (16) and the lens holding body (20) via a connecting member (36), the lens holding body (20) can undergo rising and falling displacement following open and close action of the lid (16) around the hinge (18). A displacement restricting means (46, 48) is provided that restricts a direction of the rising and falling displacement of the lens holding body (20) to the vertical direction that coincides with a depth direction of the housing recess (12). |
