A tunnel lighting system according to the present invention may include:a tracing reflection device including a rotation device which is formed outside a road, rotates according to the position of the sun, and traces the sun, and a reflector which reflects the light of the sun to the inside of a tunnel; and a sunlight reflector which diffuses the light of the sun reflected by the tracing reflection device and improves the sunlight of a tunnel inlet part.
