<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module with a seal-material sheet which is superior in transparency, flexibility and heat resistance because it is formed based on low-density olefin-based resin, and a cross-linking treatment is executed in some step before the construction into a module, and which has good contact durability with other base materials such as a glass material. <P>SOLUTION: The seal-material composition comprises: straight-chain low-density polyethylene having a density of 0.900 g/cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>or less; and a crosslinking agent of 0.3 pts.mass or more to 2.0 pts.mass or less to a total of 100 pts.mass of all of resin components. In the seal-material composition, a total number of double bonds per 2000 carbons according to infrared absorption spectroscopy is 1.8 or more and 3.3 or less. The seal-material sheet is formed by use of the seal-material composition.
