<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of preventing the occurrence of carcass separation generated at a carcass ply end. <P>SOLUTION: In this pneumatic bias tire of a PL:2-0 structure in which a carcass obtained by laminating two layers of carcass plies in close contact with each other is folded back from the inside of a bead to the outside, each terminal part of the folded two layers of carcass plies is disposed on a rubber sheet disposed on the carcass at the tire inner side in the vicinity of the bead. The thickness of the rubber sheet in a tire width direction in a portion where the terminal part of the carcass ply is disposed periodically changes in a tire circumferential direction.
