According to an aspect of the present invention, provides are an input device which provides a control sensitivity suitable for a driving environment by controlling resistance regarding rotational control of a dial control unit depending on a driving environment of a vehicle, and a vehicle including the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the vehicle comprises: a driving data obtaining unit which obtains data regarding a driving environment of the vehicle; and an input unit which is provided to enable rotational control, wherein the input unit adjusts resistance regarding the rotational control based on the data regarding the driving environment of the vehicle obtained from the driving data obtaining unit.
