PURPOSE:To increase the degree of freedom for selecting a substrate, and also, to reduce the manufacturing cost of an optical card by applying a photohardening resin mixture onto a transparent resin base material, bringing a light transmissive stamper mold consisting of an uneven pattern to press-contacting from on said mixture, and subsequently, radiating ultraviolet rays from the light transmissive stamper mold side. CONSTITUTION:A resin mixture 6 is applied onto a transparent resin substrate 1. As for an applying method, roll coat, spin coat, dip coat, etc. are available. Subsequently, from on said mixture, a light transmissive stamper mold 7 is brought to press- contacting, the resin mixture 6 is stored in a recessed part 10 of a groove of the light transmissive stamper mold 7, and simultaneously, the surface of a projecting part 11 of the light transmissive stamper mold 7 is made to adhere closely to the resin mixture 6, and by radiating ultraviolet rays 8 from the light transmissive stamper mold 7 side, a hardened object of the resin mixture 6 is fixed onto the transparent resin base material 1. Depth of the groove, width, accuracy, a pitch interval, etc. become a form to which the mold 7 has been transferred, therefore, by finishing the groove with high accuracy, an optical card substrate 9 provided with a track groove, having an arbitrary shape can be manufactured.
