Disclosed are a computer-aided diagnosis device and a method thereof. According to one aspect of the present invention, the computer-aided diagnosis device comprises: an area division unit dividing a current frame image into a first area and a second area according to location information of an area of interest detected from the previous frame image; and a function performance unit performing different functions of the computer-aided diagnosis device for the first area and the second area. Accordingly, accuracy and speed of lesion detection and determination can be enhanced.
