The present invention provides a turret assembly with a dustproof structure for a shaft multiprocessing machine, comprising a turret where a plurality of tools for processing the shaft are rotated between a headstock and a footstock that are radially installed, and a shaft support means for supporting the shaft is installed on one side of the turret. The shaft support includes, a case, two roller installation members, two support rollers, and an actuator. The case is installed on one side of the turret. The two roller installation members are rotationally installed on the interior of the case. The support rollers for supporting both upper sides of the external surface of the shaft, respectively, are rotationally installed on the upper ends of the roller installation members, respectively. The actuator rotating the roller installation members is installed on the interior of the case such that the two roller installation members are rotated depending on an operation of the actuator to allow the two support rollers to be spaced from or approach each other. When performing a gun drill work to process a hollow part of the shaft by installing a drilling tool on the footstock and installing the shaft on the headstock, a guide member for guiding the drilling tool is installed on the external surface of the case. According to the present invention, vibration of the shaft is prevented by the support rollers supporting both sides of the external surface of the shaft rotating at a high speed when performing the gun drill, thereby easily reducing the vibration of the shaft, which is caused when the hollow part of the shaft is drilled or rimmed. |
