PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam for seat pads, which achieves compatibility between shaking reduction and stress relaxation reduction properties with a high level, has comfortable ride quality, has no trouble of shaking, and has excellent durability and moldability.SOLUTION: A polyurethane foam for seat pads is produced by expansion-molding a foaming stock solution including (A) a polyol component, (B) a polyisocyanate component and (C) an interconnecting agent. The (A) polyol component includes a block copolymer obtained by ring-opening polymerization of (a-1) ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. The molar ratio of a repeating unit derived from ethylene oxide and a repeating unit derived from propylene oxide is 5/95-25/75. A polyether polyol having a number-average molecular weight of 6,000-8,000 is included in (A) the polyol component at 30-55 mass%, and is obtained by ring-opening polymerization of (a-2) propylene oxide alone. A polyether polyol having a number-average molecular weight of 350-2,000 is included in (A) the polyol component at 2-20 mass%. Additionally, the blend amount of (C) the interconnecting agent is 0.3-2.5 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the polyol component. |
