PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate selection of an assistant while enhancing the satisfaction of a customer.SOLUTION: An assistant management device includes: a communication unit 13 which receives a message transmitted from a terminal of a customer; a management unit 121 which manages attributes of a plurality of first assistant candidates for transmitting/receiving messages to/from the customer; an attribute estimation unit 122 which estimates an attribute of a customer on the basis of a message received by the communication unit; a determination unit 123 which determines priority of the first assistant candidates, on the basis of the attribute of the customer and the attributes of the first assistant candidates; and a display control unit 124 which displays attributes of some first assistant candidates of the plurality of first assistant candidates on the customer terminal, on the basis of the priority determined by the determination unit. When the communication unit 13 receives selection information indicating the first assistant selected by the customer from among the plurality of first assistant candidates from the customer terminal, the management unit 121 stores the customer and the first assistant in a storage unit, in association with each other. |
