MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR GROUTING CHEMICAL LIQUID AGENCY

The present invention relates to a method for producing a grouting liquid chemical composition and more specifically, to a method for producing a grouting liquid chemical composition that uses no or a minimal amount of type I normal cement by using a desulfurization by-product generated by combustion of petroleum coke and slag. The method for producing a grouting liquid chemical composition according to the present invention includes: 1) diluting liquid soda silicate with water to obtain a solution A; 2) obtaining a binder containing 1 to 500 parts by weight of a desulfurization by-product generated by combustion of petroleum coke, the desulfurization by-product having a calcium oxide content of 50 to 80 wt%, a sulfate oxide content of 10 to 40 wt% and a specific surface area of 2,000 to 8,000 cm^2/g with respect to 100 parts by weight of slag having a calcium oxide content of 30 to 70 wt% and a specific surface area of 3,500 to 8,000 cm^2/g; 3) mixing the binder with water to obtain a solution B; and 4) mixing the solution A with the solution B, followed by gelling.
