The invention relates to an illuminating device for roads, comprising a housing having a number of light sources, and a cable guiding at least one line and provided with a sheathing, said cable being arranged in such a way that it is sealed in relation to a cable bushing of the housing by means of a sealing element. The sealing element is formed on the sheathing of the cable and the cable bushing and/or the sealing element are embodied in such a way that the sealing element can be brought, from a side of the cable bushing, that is close to the end of the cable, into the sealing position, wherein the sealing element is applied to an edge of the cable bushing in a sealing manner. |
