On the basis of tapping plan data that includes information about the tapping start time and the casting end time of tapping charges, and information about the next possible allocation time for each of molten steel pans (step S1), a computation unit creates multiple plans for allocating the molten steel pans to each of the tapping charges in such a way as to satisfy limiting conditions excluding a prescribed limiting condition (step S2); from among the plurality of created plans, a plan that satisfies the prescribed limiting condition is extracted (step S3); on the basis of the extracted plan, a prescribed evaluation index that includes an evaluation index of the burden of maintenance procedures on the operator is calculated (step S4), and the extracted plan is presented in association with the prescribed evaluation index so calculated (step S5). |
