PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter configured by bonding substrates, which suppresses inclination of the substrate and secures a degree of parallelization between optical films provided on each of the substrates.SOLUTION: The optical filter comprises: a first substrate 20 having a support part 22; a second substrate 30 supported by the support part 22; a first optical film 40 provided on the first substrate 20; and a second optical film 50 provided on the second substrate 30, and facing the first optical film 40. The first substrate 20 and the second substrate 30 are fastened to each other by bonding of a first junctional membrane 105 provided on the whole region of a supporting surface Q1 of the support part 22 supporting the second substrate 30, and a second junctional membrane 107 provided on a region (facing surface) Q2a of a supported surface Q2 of the second substrate 30, which region at least faces the whole region of the supporting surface Q1. |
