The present invention relates to a method for controlling carrier aggregation in a wireless mobile communications system and, more specifically, to a method for aggregating carrier with respect to a corresponding cell when providing an on/off operation of a specific cell, as a method for reducing power consumption of a base station and for reducing interference to a neighboring cell, and to an apparatus therefor. Particularly, a method in which a terminal additionally configures a cell comprises the following steps: receiving information on cell additional configuration for adding or correcting a cell, from a base station; and a controlling monitoring of a signal for the cell based on information on whether to support a change in an on/off state of the cell and the information on the cell additional configuration. The change in the on/off state of the cell is supported by a radio frame or subframe unit. |
