According to the present invention, a treating apparatus is suitable to perform an irradiating and heating treatment on various semiconductor solar cells. The treating apparatus includes a first cell conveyance channel, a second cell conveyance channel and various heating light sources. The second cell conveyance channel is disposed adjacent to the first cell conveyance channel. Each of the first cell conveyance channel and the second cell conveyance channel includes a conveyance device and two reflective partitions. The conveyance device is suitable to convey the semiconductor solar cells. The two reflective partitions are disposed along two opposite sides of the conveyance device to form each of the first cell conveyance channel and the second cell conveyance channel having a cross-sectional in a U-like shape. The heating light sources are disposed above the first cell conveyance channel and the second cell conveyance channel. |
