The present invention relates to a thermal insulation water tank integrated with a steel unit panel, which does not require a mold for construction of a concrete structure to be easily constructed, reduces time and costs required for construction, and increases durability of the concrete structure. The thermal insulation water tank integrated with a steel unit panel is manufactured by applying concrete between steel panels to be hardened after the steel unit panel is fixated by a fixing means to be constructed to have a shape of the mold in order to enable the steel unit panel to protect an outer wall of the concrete structure and prevent the concrete structure from being damaged by internal moisture.
