The present invention relates to a cartridge filled with an ion exchange resin, activated carbon, or a catalyst, and to a filter unit. The cartridge of the present invention has an ion exchange function for completely removing acidic and basic gas and other trace amounts of harmful gas existing in a clean room for a precise product production process such as semiconductors, displays, and pharmaceutical companies. To this end, an ion exchange rein with an ion exchange function, drugs for gas removal, activated carbon, and catalytic materials can be filled in the cartridge. In addition, the present invention relates to a cartridge filled with activated carbon, drugs. or the ion exchange resin which has a structure allowing a plurality of cartridges to be easily coupled, thereby facilitating the production of the filter.
