摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite membrane that shows high ionic conductivity over a wide range of temperatures and humidities, has excellent handleability even in a form of thin film, and has excellent long-term stability, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The composite membrane comprises a polybenzimidazole nanofiber nonwoven fabric whose pores are filled with a sulfonated polyimide, and contains phosphoric acid. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: preparing the polybenzimidazole nanofiber nonwoven fabric; filling the pores of the nanofiber nonwoven fabric with the sulfonated polyimide; and doping phosphoric acid into the nanofiber nonwoven fabric before being filled with the sulfonated polyimide and/or nanofiber nonwoven fabric after being filled with the sulfonated polyimide.
