<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal fuse which inhibits deformation of a fuse element thereby achieving stable performance. <P>SOLUTION: A thermal fuse includes: a base film 11; an intermediate film 12 provided on the base film; a pair of terminal parts 13 provided between the base film 11 and the intermediate film 12; a fuse element 14 joined so as to bridge the pair of terminal parts 13; and a cover film 15 provided on the base film 11 so as to cover the fuse element 14. Parts of the intermediate film 12 extend from both sides of the fuse element 14 toward the fuse element 14 to reach a space between the base film 11 and the fuse element 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
