<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor for measuring a temperature of a heat source with high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: An infrared temperature sensor includes an infrared detection heat sensitive element 10 for outputting an electric signal corresponding to the temperature of the heat source by detecting a heat quantity of an infrared absorption film 100; lead patterns 31 and 32 for outputting the electric signal from the infrared detection heat sensitive element; and a heat collection pattern for collecting, to the infrared detection heat sensitive element, the heat quantity distributed in the infrared absorption film and a meander pattern 33 for suppressing heat outflow in addition to a thermal effect patten 50 for further raising the temperature of the infrared absorption film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
