<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell having a collector electrode and a solar cell module which are highly efficient in a large-area. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell comprises a master solar cell and a slave solar cell formed on the master solar cell in a pattern shape. The master solar comprises: a back electrode layer; a master photoelectric conversion layer formed on the back electrode layer; an intermediate transparent electrode layer; and a pattern-shaped collector electrode formed on the master photoelectric conversion layer in random order. The slave solar cell comprises a pattern-shaped slave photoelectric conversion layer arranged on the collector electrode and a pattern-shaped front electrode layer formed on the slave photoelectric conversion layer. The back electrode layer, an intermediate electrode member having the intermediate transparent electrode layer and the collector electrode, and the front electrode layer are connected to a power conversion device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
