According to the present invention, an asset management system for a sewage treatment plant comprises: a management unit to manage information about a repair/dredging history, financial expenses, and a service level of various facilities in a sewage treatment plant; a measurement unit to monitor the various facilities of the sewage treatment plant in real time; and a diagnosis/evaluation unit to gather the information from the management unit and information from the measurement unit to analyze physical conditions and financial conditions of the various facilities of the sewage treatment plant to draw an analysis result about maintenance and management of the various facilities of the sewage treatment plant.
