The present invention relates to an urethane-based adhesive, an adhesive film using the same, and a transparent electrode protective film for a touch panel process, wherein the adhesive film is attached to the transparent electrode protective film. The urethane-based adhesive of the present invention contains an isocyanate-based curing agent and a plasticizer to a main element of an urethane resin, and minimizes bubble forming problems by optimizing the element and a content when coming into contact with an adherend. The adhesive film using the same cam improve a poor process without generating a burr, when cutting the adhesive film after contacting the transparent conductive film in a state of a sheet and the adhesive film supplied in a state of a roll, in a producing process and a processing process of a touch panel. In addition, the adhesive film is useful in the transparent electrode protective film for a touch panel process.
