The present invention relates to an electric oven for manufacturing confectioneries or bread. More specifically, the present invention relates to an electric oven capable of producing confectioneries or bread depending on the types of dough or in accordance with components added to the confectioneries or bread, thereby providing various styles for a way of manufacturing the confectioneries or bread. The electric oven (10) according to the present invention comprises: a body (11); a heater unit (12) formed on the top of the body (11), while having a heater (15); a first supporting plate (13) and a second supporting plate (14) which are elongated along both orienting sides of the heater unit (12); a baker roll (21), at least one part of which is arranged to be exposed to the heater unit (12) with the first supporting plate (13) and second supporting plate (14); and a rotational unit (16) for rotating the baker roll (21). |
