Provided is a fitness system. The fitness system comprises: an actuator for assisting the movement of a weight body; and a control unit for assisting the exercise, by operating the actuator on the basis of at least one of a moving speed and an acceleration of the moving weight body. Particularly, the system is capable of assisting the exercise, and particularly performing both exercise assistance and measurement of maximum muscle strength, by obtaining an image related to the weight body through an image obtaining device. |
