<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive radiation-sensitive composition, which allows formation of a cured film for a display element, the film satisfying a demand for sensitivity to radiation or the like that are general characteristics of a cured film for a display element, and which can decrease generation of outgas such as benzene and the like that is harmful for a human body in a heating step in forming a cured film for a display element, and to provide a cured film for a display element formed of the positive radiation-sensitive composition, a method for forming the cured film for a display element, and the display element. <P>SOLUTION: The positive radiation-sensitive composition comprises [A] a siloxane polymer and [B] a quinonediazide compound. The [A] siloxane polymer is a hydrolysis condensate of a hydrolyzable silane compound containing a compound expressed by the following formula (1) and a compound expressed by the following formula (2) and has a content rate of structural unit derived from the compound expressed by the following formula (2) in the [A] siloxane polymer being 5 mol% or more and 60 mol% or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
