PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly efficiently charge and discharge a power storage device to be tested.SOLUTION: A front-end converter 11 converts external voltage into DC voltage of +60 V or less and -60 V or more. A DC bus 60 is a bus of +60 V or less and -60 V or more connected to the front-end converter 11. A plurality of on-board DC-DC converters 21a-2nb are connected to the DC bus 60 charge or discharge at least one of power storage devices 31-3n to be tested parallelly at +60 V or less and -60 V or more. The on-board DC-DC converters 21a-2nb have a card edge connector for card edge connection. |
