PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rotary penetration steel pipe pile which can easily and accurately attach a wing hanging to the inside and outside of a pile main body.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a rotary penetration steel pipe pile 1 comprises: a wing manufacturing step for manufacturing a wing 7 by cutting a circular steel plate 3 or a doughnut-shaped steel plate 5 from its external periphery in the radial direction; a slit forming step for forming a substantially-V shaped slit 13 in a region to which the wing 7 in a steel pipe 11 being a pile main body is attached; a wing attachment step for inserting the wing 7 which is manufactured in the wing manufacturing step to the slit 13 of the steel pipe 11, and attaching the wing 7 so that a part of the wing 7 hangs out to the inside/outside of the steel pipe 11; and a wing joining step for welding and joining the attached wing 7 to the steel pipe 11. |
