A drive circuit (1) is a drive circuit (1) for turning on an LED (2) and includes a self-excited inverter (20) supplying power to the LED (2), wherein the self-excited inverter (20) includes thermistors (PTC1, PTC2), and supplies, depending on temperature dependency of the thermistors (PTC1, PTC2), the first power value to the LED (2) when a temperature is the first temperature, and the second power value to the LED (2) when a temperature is the second temperature higher than the first temperature, and the second power value is smaller than the third power value that a circuit which is not provided with the thermistors (PTC1, PTC2) and supplies the first power value to the LED (2) when the temperature is a first temperature supplies to the LED (2) when a temperature is the second temperature. |
