A system for providing a cloud service for displaying includes: an image forming apparatus for generating scan data by scanning a document, and assigning a display device to which scan data are to be transmitted through a chat room; a cloud for receiving the scan data from the image forming apparatus, and transmitting the received scan data to the assigned display device; and the display device in which the scan data received from the cloud are displayed.
