MANUFACTURING METHOD OF TRANSPARENT ELECTROD AND TRANSPARENT ELECTROD LAMINATE

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a transparent electrode, which is capable of more stably preparing a transparent electrode pattern having a finer line width and a large aspect ratio and a transparent electrode laminate prepared using the method. The method for preparing a transparent electrode comprises: a step of preparing a transparent electrode layer comprising one or more types of conductive materials selected from a group consisting of a conductive polymer, a conductive carbon material, a metal nanostructure, and conductive metal oxide on a substrate; a step of preparing a protective layer comprising one or more selected from a group consisting of a polysiloxane-based polymer, an acrylic polymer and a urethane polymer on the transparent electrode layer; a step of preparing a photoresist pattern on the protective layer; and a step of making the protective layer nonconductive by surface-treating the transparent electrode layer and the protective layer in an opened region by the photoresist pattern with an oxidizer.
