1. A compound of Formula I: or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
W is N or CR6;Y is N or CR7;Z is N or CR8;wherein one or two of W, Y, and Z is N;L is absent or selected from C2-6 alkenylene, C3-6 heteroalkenylene, C2-6 alkynylene, and C3-6 heteroalkynylene, wherein said C2-6 alkenylene, C3-6 heteroalkenylene, C2-6 alkynylene, and C3-6 heteroalkynylene are each optionally substituted with 1, 2, or 3 substituents independently selected from halo, CN, NO2, ORB, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 haloalkyl, C1-4 cyanoalkyl, C(O)NRcRd, C(O)ORa, OC(O)Rb, OC(O)NRcRd, NRcRd, NRcC(O)Rb, NRcC(O)ORa, NRcC(O)NRcRd, C(═NRe)Rb, C(═NRe)NRcRd, NRcC(═NRe)NRcRd, NRcS(O)Rb, NRcS(O)2Rb, NRcS(O)2NRcRd, S(O)Rb, S(O)NRcRd, S(O)2Rb, and S(O)2NRcRd;A is selected from Formulas [aa], [bb], and [cc]: rings B and C in Formula [aa] together form a fused bicyclic heterocycle, wherein ring B is a six-membered aromatic ring selected from phenyl, pyridyl, pyrimidinyl, pyrazinyl, pyridazinyl, and triazinyl, wherein ring C is a 5- or 6-membered carbocycle or a 5- or 6-membered heterocycle, wherein 0, 1, or 2 ring-forming carbon or nitrogen atoms in ring C can be substituted by oxo, and wherein the fused bicyclic heterocycle comprising rings B and C is attached to L in Formula I via a ring atom in ring B;Q1, Q2, and Q3 are each independently selected from N and CH, wherein at least one of Q1, Q2, and Q3 is CH;each RX is a substituent on ring B and is independently selected from halo, C1-4 alkyl, C1-4 haloalkyl, and C1-4 cyanoalkyl;each RY is a substituent on ring C and is independently selected from C1-6 alkyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, Cy1, ORa1, C(O)Rb1, C(O)NRc1Rd1, C(O)ORa1, C(═NRe1)Rb1, C(═NRe1)NRc1Rd1, S(O)Rb1, S(O)NRc1Rd1, S(O)2Rb1, and S(O)2NRc1Rd1, wherein said C1-6 alkyl, is optionally substituted with 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 substituents independently selected from RYa;each RYa is independently selected from Cy1, halo, C1-6 alkyl, C2-6 alkenyl, C2-6 alkynyl, C1-6 haloalkyl, CN, NO2, ORa1, SRa1, C(O)Rb1, C(O)NRc1Rd1, C(O)ORa1, OC(O)Rb1, OC(O)NRc1Rd1,
