[Objective] In a multilayer ceramic capacitor, cracks generated by the difference of a thermal contraction rate between a dielectric layer and a conductive layer are prevented. [Solution] A multilayer ceramic capacitor (10) comprises a multilayer body (11) and at least two external electrodes (14). The multilayer body (11) includes an internal layer part (11m), a first external layer part (12b1), and a second external layer part (12b2). The dielectric layer (12) and the conductive layer (13) are alternately stacked on the internal layer part (11m). The second external layer part (12b2) includes an outside external layer part (12b22) and an inside external layer part (12b21). The boundary part (12z) of the outside external layer part (12b22) and the inside external layer part (12b21) is bent toward a first main surface (111).
