The present invention relates to a drain treatment system of a drilling structure and more particularly, to the drain treatment system of the drilling structure which can reduce power consumed in flushing of a solid treatment tank and can increase efficiency of flushing, by performing flushing of the solid treatment tank using a sump transfer pump in a system. The drain treatment system of the drilling structure according to the present invention includes: the solid treatment tank which is supplied with drain and treats the drain; a drain tank which stores the drain supplied from the solid treatment tank; a discharge line which is prepared to transfer the drain from the drain tank to the outside by the sump transfer pump; and a flushing part which supplies the drain of the discharge line to the solid treatment tank for flushing.
