Embodiments provide a limiter circuit that includes a power splitter coupled with a plurality of antiparallel diode pairs. In some embodiments, the power splitter may be part of a first stage of the limiter circuit. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.

an input node; a power splitter coupled with the input node and having a plurality of parallel branches; a plurality of antiparallel diode pairs respectively coupled between the plurality of parallel branches of the power splitter and ground or a voltage source; and an output node coupled with the power splitter.
