摘要 According to an embodiment of the present invention, a device for preventing a sudden unexpected acceleration of a vehicle comprises: a drive information collection part; a vehicle characteristic storage part; a control part; and a switching part. The drive information collection part includes a brake signal of the vehicle, a speed of the vehicle, revolutions per minute of an engine, revolutions per minute of a turbine and an open degree of an acceleration pedal and collects information on at least one of momentary fuel consumption, flow rate of inducted air, temperature of cooling air, temperature of engine oil, temperature of transmission oil, slope of a road and air pressure. The vehicle characteristic storage part includes the weight of the vehicle, a torque converter characteristic curved line and a drive resistance of the vehicle and stores data on at least one of a gear ratio, dynamic radius, frictional force of each gear step, engine moving system-inertia and power train moving system-inertia. The control part estimates the fuel consumption of each element of the vehicle based on the information and data, includes the fuel consumption with respect to transmission slip loss work and acceleration resistance loss work of the estimated fuel consumption, and determines whether the vehicle performs a sudden unexpected acceleration based on at least one of the estimated fuel consumption of each element, information and data. The switching part shuts off an input power of an electronic throttle valve of the vehicle based on an estimation of whether to perform the sudden unexpected acceleration by the control part.
