Disclosed are a terminal, a service providing apparatus, a control method thereof, and a recording medium having a computer program. More specifically, according to the present invention, whether acquisition of medical data is necessary is determined to acquire medical data, and medical examination of infants and toddlers can be made conveniently by using electronic diaries of infants and toddlers, thereby enhancing user convenience. The terminal of the present invention comprises: a near-field communications unit for acquiring requester identification information; a location acquisition unit for acquiring terminal location information; a transmission unit for transmitting the requester identification information and the terminal location information to the service providing apparatus; and a reception unit for receiving a guardian consent guide page and medical data from the service providing apparatus based on the terminal location information and the requester identification information. |
