The present invention relates to a device for detecting an operating state of a hoist. The device for detecting an operating state of a hoist includes: a driving unit lifting up a predetermined object to be transferred and detecting an operating state of a hoist moving along a girder, wherein the driving unit induces replacement of a component by indicating the detected operating state of the hoist and includes a magnetic switch for driving a motor in a normal direction or a reverse direction; a weight detecting unit for detecting the weight of the object to be transferred; an operation state display unit for indicating the operating state of the object to be transferred; a motor operation detecting unit generating an operation detecting signal by detecting the operation of the motor; and a control unit. The control unit controls the magnetic switch of the driving unit according to a signal of an ascending driving key or a descent driving key in order for the motor to be operated in the normal direction or the reverse direction. The control unit also determines a weighted value according to the weight of the object to be transferred, which the weight detecting unit detects, and calculates and integrates an operation number according to the weighted value of the object to be transferred, thereby enabling the operation state display unit to indicate the integrated operation number. Moreover, the control unit counts an operation time in which the motor operation detecting unit generates the operation detecting signal and calculates and integrates the operation time according to the weighted value of the weight of the object to be transferred by determining the weighted value according to the weight of the object to be transferred which the weight detecting unit detects, thereby controlling the operation state display unit so that the operation state display unit indicates the integrated operation time. |
